When I was growing up there were so few options when it came to earning a college degree. Today the
distance learning college degree has leveled the playing field.
Have you always wanted to earn your degree but for one reason or another where just unable to do so? Maybe life’s
responsibilities held you back from going to college. Perhaps you got stuck in a dead end job or just made the wrong career
choices. Or, you simply could not afford to quit your job—to go to school—to get a better job! (Isn’t that the truth?)
Well, a distance learning college degree can be earned
without leaving your home or office and can be very affordable too. Recent statistics prove that college degree holders earn more
money, period. And, there is no stigma attached to graduating with a distance learning college degree, that sort of narrow-minded
thinking is a thing of the past. In fact many online colleges are now among the most prestigious universities in the world. And,
many traditional brick and mortar universities are catching on and offering distance learning degrees as an alternative to their
antiquated study options.
Don’t get caught up in the nonsense of believing that your sitting in classroom at some particular
university is going to make you a scholar. Only YOU can determine the level of academic scholarship you attain—and that is based
not on your location, but on how much hard work you are willing to put into your education.
When you think about it, all education takes place between two ears and not between four walls, isn’t
that right? A distance learning college degree is what YOU make of it.
And, it’s never too late to earn your college degree. Distance learning college degrees have eliminated
the need to travel to the hallowed halls of yesterday. Today all you really need is a computer and the Internet, and a little
perseverance. Age is not a factor in your success; many from all age groups have already earned their distance learning college
degree, why not you?
YOU are the main factor in determining your success. Others just like you have earned:
And these are just a small sampling of degrees offered by online colleges. You can earn certificates and
diplomas in business and other fields that will enhance your career prospects. You can even earn college credit from your life
experience and through credit by examination programs such as CLEP.
The great thing about most distance learning college degree programs is that you get to choose when and
where you study. You get to focus on the material and subjects most important to you and you are not limited by what the old
fashioned college professor (the sage on the stage) dictates. YOU are in control of your education and your destiny.
Are you getting yours? The distance learning college degree.
